This notification regards the personal data sent to Agriturismo San Vito.
In order to send a reservation request or to ask for information it is necessary to communicate certain personal data to Agriturismo San Vito.
The collected personal data will be recorded in our electronic data base which is sole property of Agriturismo San Vito. Agriturismo San Vito will be responsible for the handeling of such data, in the respect of Italian legal requirements “Legge 675 of 1996 and D. Lgs 196 of 2003”; therefore the services of Agriturismo Santo Stefano are exclusively provided to those who clearly demand them and which authorize Agriturismo Santo Stefano for the treatment of the own personal data. Agriturismo Santo Stefano guarantees that all personal data, will be handled with the sole purpose of answering reservation requests and other specific requests directly asked by the customer and WILL NOT be given to any other party. All such personal data can be modified and/or integrated as per (art 13, law 675/96; art 7 of the Code in matter of protection of the personal data, Decree Legislative n.196 of the 30 june 2003). Specific emergency precautions are observed in order to prevent the loss of data, however, internet communications such as emails and newsletters, could navigate through various countries, before being delivered to Agriturismo Santo Stefano. Agriturismo Santo Stefano can not be held responsible for unauthorized access nor personal data loss, outside of its control. Customers have the right, at any moment, to request modification, integration and/or deletion of such data, according to art. 7 of D. Lgs. 196/2003 N.
